Vision of the Association of National Teaching Fellows

The vision of the Association of National Teaching Fellows (ANTF) is

'As an organisation, we will have a lasting and greater impact on Higher Education than we might as individuals'.

Encompassing all aspects of Higher Education we believe that the collective expertise of the fellows is a valuable resource which can help shape Higher Education in the future.

We believe that the fellows can play an important role in creatively challenging and developing teaching and learning policies and practices. 

The ANTF works in partnership with the Higher Education Academy and shares its vision in relation to Higher Education.

Mission Statement:

The ANTF was founded in the belief that the added value of bringing together the collective expertise of Fellowship holders into an Association provides a visible mechanism to embed and enhance the contributions that Fellows are making to teaching and learning in Higher Education through their individual awards for the benefit of the HE sector. Thus our mission statement is:

"The ANTF will enhance and embed the impact of National Teaching Fellows on learning and teaching in the Higher Education community."
